Our
Story

Why do we exist?

We formed a tactical team building consultancy to create coaching and training programs that help build the leaders, teams, processes, and culture required to cultivate leaders thriving in business.

Who we are?

We are a consultancy service experienced in improving management-employee relations through team building strategies and comprehensive communication methods.

We advise companies on how to: skillfully communicate when faced with multi-faceted administrative systems, maintain team engagement, minimize workplace hostility, and boost work productivity. We offer management development tools for work teams with diverse ideals on professionalism, and supply leadership coaching for executive officers, managers, supervisors, and executive administrators.

How do we work and how will the services benefit you?

Sadiqa Trainer of Leaders spearheads:

  • Developing strategies for managers and teams (including staff who are teleworking) with effective practices to communicate ideas and share work concepts.

  • Instructing managers on communication methods that aid in higher team productivity in fast-paced high volume businesses.

  • Instructing managers on systematic applications that guide their teams through dilemmas with an objective to overcome analytical obstacles when pressed for time.

  • Facilitating workshops, providing surveys, diagnosing company practices through assessment systems, and preparing a strategic plan to implement customized training techniques to sustain team growth and company advancement.

  • Unlike other management training companies, we have a unique value that allows executives opportunity to spend time making their company more attractive in a competitive market.

  • The benefit of our services for team cultivation and growth is our leadership coaching techniques in ‘managing up’ and ‘managing down’.
